Uw functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en uitvoering van de End to end test strategie van een volledig product. Opvolging van en medewerking aan de realisatie en regelmatig verslag uitbrengen van de status ten opzichte van de baseline. Een high level beschrijving van de taken :

•Test estimation : bepalen van de test strategie, het documenteren ervan in het Master Test Plan, controle van de benodigde elementen en eenduidige communicatie van de schattingen.
•Test planning : het inplannen van de schattingen, de TRH valideren en het verifiëren dat zowel de release planning, de planning van de testers en de beschikbaarheid en status van de testomgeving overeen komen.
•Test monitoren & beheren : op een regelmatig tijdstip verifiëren dat we op schema zitten en indien niet de juiste mitigatie van de risico’s bepalen en in realiteit brengen. Je bent een leidende kracht in het vinden van oplossingen voor de problemen die zich stellen.
•Test uitvoering : je draagt bij in het uitvoeren van testen enerzijds om de juiste kennis van de applicatie op te bouwen en anderzijds om op kritische momenten bij te dragen aan de capaciteit van het team.
•Test rapportage : Dankzij de definiëring van de juiste KPI’s, het genereren van de juiste rapporten creëer je de juiste publiciteit binnen ons bedrijf voor de goede werking van het team aan te tonen.
•Opzetten en onderhouden van test omgevingen : dankzij vele contacten verzamel je al de gegevens nodig om 1 of meerdere test omgevingen zo representatief mogelijk te maken, zowel op hardware, software als configuratie niveau.
•Team leider : je bent de rechterhand van de test manager in het beheren van de resources die voor dat product meewerken. Coachen van deze mensen om hun niveau te verhogen is een must.
•Je contactpunten : project manager, product manager, analisten, architecten, system engineers, database administrators, IT delivery, customer care, banken, software partners, consultancy, auditors, management en directeuren.

Uw profiel

Je hebt een bachelor diploma en je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in software testing. Ervaring met webapplicaties (zoals back-end en data base processing) is een plus.

Je kent volgende testing technieken: test automation, security, performance en load testing. Je bent in staat om requirements in testomgeving te definiëren (infrastructuur, software configuratie, data set,…). Kennis van Jira en Quality Center is een voordeel. : Je bent vertrouwd met E2E testing.

Naast uw eigen moedertaal (Nederlands of Frans) spreek je ook vlot de tweede landstaal (Nederlands of Frans) en Engels.

Je bent een echte teamplayer en je kan beslissingen nemen. Je werkt systematisch, je lost graag problemen op en hebt een goed inzicht in de behoeften van de gebruiker.

Uw functie

De functie van incident operator bestaat eruit om het aantal en de impact van de IT incidenten bij de klanten te verminderen (technisch en applicatief). Je voert analyse uit naar de oorzaak van belangrijke incidenten. Je geeft de incidenten door die voor verdere diagnose behandeld moeten worden.

Je houdt alle problemen bij en klasseert ze. Je lost de vragen van de klant op en vraag voor een root-cause analyse bij IT diagnostic om deze nog verder te onderzoeken. Je biedt oplossingen en suggesties aan om het proces te verbeteren. Je brengt verbeteringen aan waar nodig om de klantentevredenheid te verbeteren. Na inwerking, geef je training aan de 1st line support. Je doet tevens de follow-up van de beta fase en je communiceert de mogelijke interventies aan de banken.

Je rapporteert aan de Team Leader Incident Management

Uw profiel

Je hebt minstens 1-2 jaar evaring in het behandelen van incidenten en je werkt al een 3-tal jaren in het proces van incident management. Je hebt een goede kennis van de office tools. Je hebt bewezen praktische ervaring met de besturingssystemen Windows 2000 Professional, Millennium, NT, XP en met TCP/IP. Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en in het Frans en kennis van het Engels is een must.

Context

Within Non-Life insurance, our Client plans and executes a number of projects and enhancements on its application portfolio. This portfolio consists of

• an existing backend system managing contracts and claims
• a new frontend for brokers and internal users to manage the full life cycle of a contract
• a series of new applications to support claim notification and the management of external parties (inspectors, experts, lawyers, …)

In a constant evolving broker insurance market and an internal evolution to implement process excellence, an number of important changes to this application portfolio is required.

Over the last years, our Client has implemented a methodology to support the full life cycle of a project. More recently, development activities have been outsourced and are now hosted off-shore. Key activities in functional analysis and design on one hand and integration and user acceptance testing remain onsite. The internal Company people assume the major responsibility in these activities.

In order to further strengthen this team, we are looking for a project manager.

Function

The project manager is responsible for the planning and the execution of the project taking into account the initial business requirements and the budget assigned. He maintains the relation towards the business in order to further detail the requirements, to validate the designs and to finally deliver the application for user acceptance.

He is responsible for:

- prepare and conduct steering committees

- identify and manage the resources of his team

Profile

Candidate has a university degree (e.g. economics, commercial engineer, civil engineer, exact sciences, …). He/she has relevant experience in project management and project methodology. Typical project size ranging between 200 and 1000 md.

Any relevant experience in the financial industry (banking/insurance) is appreciated.

Candidate has a good basis of English and is fluent in French and/or Dutch.

• Application architect participates in the overall strategy, standardization, analysis, design, and implementation of a client initiative. This key member of our team develops and communicates the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for a solution to the project team.

• The architect potentially acts as senior technical leads on projects and be a proactively mentor developers (including pair programming).
• The architect is required to handle multiple project assignments, manage and negociate work load with project managers, escalate issues as necessary to their management, and possess excellent communication skills.
• The architect acts as a bridge between the business, the project architects, and other members of the Entreprise Architecture team.

• U beheert en onderhoudt de databases (SQL Server en Oracle). U ziet toe op de beschikbaarheid van de data (backup en restore procedures). U heeft speciale aandacht voor security zaken.
• U verzekert de technische support van de applicaties (pakketten en in house ontwikkeld), van de interfaces en van de externe data flows.
• U ontwikkelt/onderhoudt Biztalk mappings en servers.
• U staat in voor de opvolging van nieuwe software releases en assisteert bij de implementaties, conversies en migraties.
• U superviseert de prestaties van externe leveranciers.
• U volgt de marktsituatie op de voet.

Uw profiel

• U heeft ervaring als DBA (SQL server en/of Oracle). Uw kennis van Biztalk (mapping en server) combineert u met een analytische geest en stressbestendigheid.
• U werkt zelfstandig en communiceert voldoende en efficient. U beschikt over een helicopterview.
• Naast uw eigen moedertaal (Nederlands of Frans) spreekt u vlot de tweede landstaal en het Engels.
